Penguatan Literasi Teknologi Guru melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Interactive Flat Panel

This activity aims to improve teachers' Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy through training on the use of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) at Muhammadiyah Mlati High School. The activity was carried out on December 9, 2025, involving 10 teachers using a participatory approach and hands-on training. The implementation method included needs analysis, program planning, preparation of facilities and materials, training implementation, mentoring and implementation practice, as well as evaluation and reflection. The training was carried out through lectures, demonstrations, direct practice, and ongoing mentoring. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' ICT literacy, especially in the ability to operate and integrate IFP into interactive learning. Teachers were able to develop simple digital content and apply it effectively in the learning process, which resulted in increased student interaction and participation. This program demonstrated that practice-based training accompanied by ongoing mentoring is effective in bridging the gap between technology availability and teacher competency, and contributes to improving the quality of technology-based learning.
