Pelatihan Menyusun Curriculum Vitae bagi Siswa SMA untuk meningkatkan Citra Diri

Abstrak

Students’ readiness for employment and higher education is reflected in their ability to build self-image through professional documents such as a Curriculum Vitae (CV). This activity aimed to enhance high school students’ understanding and skills in developing professional CVs using the Canva platform. The implementation consisted of five stages: needs assessment, planning, material preparation, training execution, and evaluation. The training applied interactive methods including presentations, discussions, case studies, and hands-on practice. Results indicated a significant improvement: of 27 participants, 78% had never created a CV before, yet all successfully produced neat, creative, and professional CVs after the training. Evaluation results showed a satisfaction score of 4.77 out of 5, indicating excellent performance. Canva proved to be an effective tool in developing students’ technical and visual skills while strengthening self-awareness and personal branding. This program is recommended to be extended with advanced materials such as cover letter writing and digital portfolio development.
